Park of the Pines
Mobile home park for independent living
Park of the Pines is a neighborhood situated in a wooded area within walking distance of the main campus. It is designed primarily for independent living for those at least 60 years of age. Park of the Pines has both singlewide lots (approximately 50' x 100') and doublewide lots (approximately 75' x 100'). Village members own their mobile home, while renting the lot. Each mobile home is connected to ACV utilities and the Village's central Fire and Emergency Alert system for added peace of mind.
