ACV rental options consist of over 275 residences, ranging from mid-rise apartment buildings, to ground level duplexes and cluster apartments. Efficiency, one and two bedroom options are available. All residences feature modern kitchen appliances, wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating/air conditioning, emergency call and fire alarm system, basic cable TV, and access to laundry facilities. Small pets are allowed. All ACV members have access to the full range of ACV services.
