Director of Member Services – Full-Time

Job Description:

Position connects residential community members to one or more available programs, and supervises social services, volunteer services, transportation services, and community life programs. Thorough knowledge and understanding of available programs and membership needs and preferences required. Prior experience providing social services for senior adults required. Successful supervisory and program management experience required. Master’s degree in social services or related field strongly preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
