Job Description:

• Help set direction of landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Lead grounds staff and assign work in daily landscaping/lawn maintenance to meet quality standards and ensure timely work
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess needs and develop action plans
• Suggest ideas for landscape changes based on the environment and preservation of resources
• Inspect lawncare equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
• Train grounds staff on best practices in equipment maintenance, horticulture, landscaping techniques, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and team performance
• Use pesticides and herbicides as needed and appropriate
• HSD or equivalent required**
• 2 to 5 years’ proven supervisory experience in lawncare industry required**
• FDACS certification required for pesticide/herbicide use**
• valid FL DL required**
