Job Description:

• Provide guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure work assignments & cleaning schedules are completed as assigned
• Oversee all areas of cleaning, including resident rooms, common areas, & work areas to ensure areas are sanitary, orderly, and ready for use
• Help develop routine cleaning schedule that ensures safety and wellbeing of facility residents, staff, and guests
• Develop & monitor daily staff work schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage
• Maintain recordkeeping requirements for all housekeeping department services as required
• Monitor department inventory; alert director to restock when needed; ensure staff are properly trained in the safe & proper use of products
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Successful AHCA survey experience preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare environmental services or housekeeping services required**
• Valid FL DL required**
