Job Description:

• Provide management and administrative leadership for the Good Samaritan Center (SNF) and Dacier Manor (ALF)
• Implement policies, procedures, and other directives into affirmative programs and services on behalf of residents and staff
• Assure that rights of each resident are fully protected and promoted
• Administer programs and services in a manner that enables effective and efficient use of resources to attain or maintain the highest practicable, physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing of each resident
• Supervise the preparation and compliance with annual operating budgets
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws in managing the facilities and programs
• Must be committed to excellent quality of care and compassionate service
• Florida NHA or eligible for NHA FL licensure required**
