Office Assistant - Member Services
Location: Main Campus
Answer phones; greet visitors
Type various documents; file records
Assist resident volunteers to publish weekly newspaper
Assist with community calendar scheduling & events
Assist with driver scheduling as needed
Assist in special projects
Must be courteous, personable, organized, and PC literate with MSOffice Outlook, Word, & Excel. Minimum 5 years’ prior office manager experience and notary strongly preferred.
