Office Manager - Membership Admissions & Sales

Location: Main Campus

Job Description:

  • Supervise office clerical staff
  • Manage CRM process
  • Establish & achieve sales & admissions goals for community housing areas
  • Work closely with marketing staff on all advertising communications
  • Cultivate relationships; encourage personal visits to tour ACV campus; lead tours as needed
  • Complete preliminary survey to best match visitors with available residential options & membership services
  • Must be personable, professional, & communicate well
  • Prior experience in residential admissions or real estate sales office strongly preferred; real estate sales experience not required
