Job Description:

• Administer, plan, and direct activities that relate to the quality and quantity of food to ensure that nutritional needs are consistently met for residents.
• Interview residents upon admission and as needed to assess nutritional needs; maintain documentation records as needed to ensure nutritional needs assessments are confirmed and met.
• Plan menu items based on nutritution requirements for residents.
• Establish policies and procedures, and provide administrative direction for menu formulation, food preparation and service, purchasing / ordering, sanitation standards, safety practices, and personnel utilization as needed.
• Direct departmental educational and training programs as needed
• Clear FL license required**
