Is has been about a year since Lindsey returned to employment at Good Samaritan Center. Residents and fellow staff members agree that she has a way of making things better.
She not only smiles a lot, but backs up that pleasant appearance with skill and dedication. When there is a need for someone to pull an extra shift, she frequently, and with a positive attitude, fills the gap.
During a weekend when staffing in CNA positions was especially tight, Lindsey was one who changed roles and performed nursing assistant duties without complaint.
The one who nominated her for this award wrote, “She is a true team player who cares deeply for the residents at Good Samaritan Center.”
One resident said of Nurse Lindsey, “She’s a good one. I hope she will be around for a long time.”
Congratulations, Lindsey, and thank you for not only doing good work, but doing it with the graceful spirit that helps make GSC a happy place to live and to work!
