Wildflower Festival, Saturday, April 27. We’ll be participating in this community festival with a booth for ACV featuring our own Garden Club. We’ll have plants of all types for sale to help raise funds for replacing our greenhouse that was destroyed in the hurricane. We’ll be at Heritage Park and Gardens from 8 am to 5 pm.
Third Annual Spring Golf Cart Race & Scavenger Hunt, Friday, May 3. ACV members, staff and friends are invited to participate, spectate or both! Join us at 9 am at the Harmony Center to register. Beginning at 9:30, each team of driver and passenger will take turns navigating the course in an attempt to finish the quickest. This is a time trial against the clock with a twist: each driver will be blindfolded, and it’s up to the passenger to verbally tell the driver where to go. Following the race, everyone who wants to participate is invited to join in on the scavenger hunt to find 30 ACV items in 30 minutes or less.
Village-wide Yard Sale, Saturday, May 4, 8 am to 12 noon. Members may host a sale in their driveway, building lobby, or combine with neighbors. The following addresses will be participating in the sale. Contact Member Services at (386) 658-5400 or fnn@acvillage.net if you’d like to host a sale.
Mother’s Day Buffet, Sunday, May 12, 11 am to 2 pm. The public is welcome to join us for this festive celebration. The menu includes Linguini Positano, Rotisserie Chicken, Garlic Butter Shrimp, Pasta Primavera, ACV Signature Fried Chicken, Side Salad, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Broccolini, Fresh Fruit Cup, Wild Rice, Freshly Baked Rolls and Assorted Scrumptious Desserts. Member price is $12.65; non-member adults are $17.85 and kids 5-11 are $10; under 5 eat free. Each mother in attendance receives a small gift. No reservations required, come join us!
