Located in the heart of the Village, Phillips Center welcomes members and guests alike to ACV's "Main Street." Included in Phillips Center is the Ann & Quinton Rumph Dining Room, where delicious noon meals are served daily. This beautifully appointed dining room has a seating capacity of 350 and is the setting for ACV's formal banquets and community-wide celebrations.
Along "Main Street" is the Lopin' Gopher Deli which serves breakfast, lunch and supper fast fare, and is open seven days a week. The deli was named for the LOP&G railroad that served Dowling Park from the turn of the century through the 1950s. The rather jerky ride prompted passengers to dub the train "The Loping Gopher." At the deli, patrons can order a and enjoy it at the adjacent "Horton's Landing," a casual dining area, named for the old Dowling Park ferry landing, or take it "to go" and eat at the location of their choosing.
The Village Café is a quaint dining venue located at the Village Square. Browse the charming shops, then relax with a cup of coffee or an ice cream cone, meet friends for a work-week lunch or gather with family for a casual evening meal. Seasonal riverside dining is available.
