The independent living rental options at Advent Christian Village consist of over 275 residences, ranging from mid-rise apartment buildings, to ground level duplexes and cluster apartments. Efficiency, one- and two-bedroom options are available. All residences feature modern kitchen appliances, wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating/air conditioning, emergency call and fire alarm system, access to laundry facilities, and satellite TV. Small pets are welcome.
On-campus Village members enjoy the meaningful life they deserve. ACV offers security and safety through an emergency call system in each dwelling, on-site medical center, telephone reassurance, on-site sheriff’s deputy security, certified EMTs, and a county fire and EMS station right on campus.
Taylor Commons is a developing independent living neighborhood of two-bedroom/two- or one-and-a-half bath apartments with larger kitchens, open concept living spaces and several upscale features. These modern, comfortable, and maintenance-free homes make great retirement homes for singles and couples.
Lawrence House encompasses eight senior rental apartments on two floors, and when complete, the rest of Taylor Commons will consist of 22 single-story townhomes that will be constructed in two phases (Phase One was completed in December 2015).
