An Easy Way to Support ACV at No Cost to You

Amazon.com has become one of the most popular choices of Americans for online purchases of virtually any product imaginable. Now you can receive great products from Amazon and generate a donation for Advent Christian Village. Simply go to smile.amazon.com and choose Advent Christian Village as your charitable organization. All your purchases will generate a 0.5% donation for ACV. When combined with others across the country, that amount can quickly add up!

AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon that lets you enjoy the same wide selection of products, low prices, and convenient shopping features as on amazon.com. The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile (smile.amazon.com), the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price to Advent Christian Village. On your first visit to AmazonSmile, you will be prompted to select a charitable organization to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. Then each time you log in to smile.amazon.com, every eligible purchase you make will result in a donation. (Purchases from amazon.com do not generate a donation — it must be smile.amazon.com.)

You can manage your purchases and other account information on amazon.com and smile.amazon.com using a single account. You can use your existing amazon.com account on AmazonSmile if you have one, or create a new account if you don’t.

There is no cost to you for using AmazonSmile and there is no cost to ACV for receiving donations. 100% of the generated donation goes to ACV. You may use AmazonSmile even if you are a member of Amazon Prime. All payment methods are eligible. The amount that the AmazonSmile Foundation donates as a result of your AmazonSmile purchase is not tax deductible by you. (Tax deductible gifts must be made directly to ACV.) This is just an additional way for you to support ACV while making the same purchases you would have anyway.
