Job Description:

• Develop/lead fitness routines for a variety of fitness levels, including water aerobics, floor exercise, and resistance training
• Modify workouts to accommodate clients’ physical limitations
• Offer fitness and nutrition-related resources
• Help clean and sanitize commonly used fitness equipment
• Occasionally assist with checking clients in and out of sessions
• Minimum 1 year experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer preferred
• ACE or AFAA certification strongly preferred
• Certification in personal training, group fitness, or related field preferred
• Experience working with senior adults preferred
• Must have CPR/First Aid Certification required**
