Job Description:

• Perform therapies as directed by physical therapist
• Monitor patient progress; modify treatment plans as needed for prescribed outcomes
• Establish / maintain patient records; consult with physical therapist as needed during treatment
• Schedule and prioritize workload to fulfill organization and patient treatment needs
• Strict confidentiality guidelines apply
• Home Health care setting; FL PTA license required**
