ACV Rehab provides inpatient and outpatient services at Good Samaritan Center and Copeland Medical Center. Besides physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy, ACV Rehab specializes in short and long-term rehabilitation services, geriatrics, osteoporosis, joint injuries and fractures, post-surgical joint repair, pain management, post-stroke rehabilitation, balance and gait disorders, swallowing and speech disorders, cognitive and communication problems, and restoring activities of daily living training.

Meet the Physical Therapist: Anita Jackson is a licensed physical therapist. She received her bachelor of science in physical therapy from Florida A&M University in 1997. She has been employed at ACV since 1999 — as Director of Rehabilitation Services since 2002.
Meet one of our Physical Therapist Assistants: Stephen Chapman graduated from Bryan College in Tennessee with an exercise and health science degree. He then trained for and received his physical therapy assistant license from Lake City Community College. He has been working for ACV since 2010.
Meet our other Physical Therapist Assistant: Leslie Mobley has been working as a physical therapist assistant at ACV since the end of 2002. She received her physical therapist assistant degree from Lake City Community College in 1999.
Meet the Speech Therapist: Stephanie Strickland obtained her undergraduate degree at Florida State University in 1994 and completed her master’s degree in communication disorders at East Tennessee State University in 1997.
Meet our Occupational Therapist: Keri Dykes received her master of science degree in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2009. She has been employed by ACV since 2015.
