Advent Christian Village provides inpatient and outpatient rehab services at Good Samaritan Center and Copeland Medical Center.

Meet Our Team

Anita Jackson, Director of Rehabilitation Services

Anita Jackson is a licensed physical therapist. She received her bachelor of science in physical therapy from Florida A&M University in 1997. She has been employed at Advent Christian Village since 1999 and has served as Director of Rehabilitation Services since 2002.

Stephen Chapman, Physical Therapy Assistant

Stephen Chapman, one of our physical therapist assistants, graduated from Bryan College in Tennessee with an exercise and health science degree. He then trained for and received his physical therapy assistant license from Lake City Community College. He has been working for ACV since 2010.

Leslie Mobley, Physical Therapy Assistant

Leslie Mobley has been working as a physical therapist assistant at Advent Christian Village since the end of 2002. She received her physical therapist assistant degree from Lake City Community College in 1999.

Stephanie Strickland, Speech Therapist

Stephanie Strickland earned her undergraduate degree at Florida State University in 1994 and completed her master’s degree in communication disorders at East Tennessee State University in 1997.

Keri Dykes, Occupational Therapist

Keri Dykes received her master of science degree in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2009. She has been employed by Advent Christian Village since 2015.
